By accessing and using RuneFlowBot services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
RuneFlowBot provides a white-label Discord automation platform for gaming service businesses, online communities, and digital service providers.
We provide software tools, dashboards, automation systems, and management features that allow users to manage their own communities and business operations using their own Discord bot credentials, branding, and configurations.
RuneFlowBot does not provide, sell, operate, or facilitate any third-party gaming services directly. Users are fully responsible for the services, content, products, and activities performed through their own communities.
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of third-party platforms, games, marketplaces, and services complies with applicable rules, policies, terms of service, and laws.
Our Platform Includes:
- Discord automation and management tools
- Order management and workflow automation
- Customer communication systems
- Payment processing and wallet integrations
- Worker management and job assignment tools
- Administrative dashboard and analytics
- White-label Discord bot integrations
- Product catalog and service management systems
User Obligations
By using our platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for legitimate business and automation purposes
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Ensure your activities comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules
- Use your own Discord bot credentials and maintain their security
- Keep your account information confidential
- Not reverse engineer, copy, exploit, or misuse our technology
- Not use the platform to harm others or violate third-party services
Payment Terms
Subscription Plans
- Monthly plans provide access to the platform for the selected billing period.
- Yearly plans provide access for twelve months from the purchase date.
- Lifetime plans provide access to available platform features for as long as the RuneFlowBot platform remains operational.
- All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Subscriptions provide access to RuneFlowBot software features only and do not include any third-party services.
Lifetime Plans
Lifetime plans provide permanent access to available RuneFlowBot platform features during the operational lifetime of the RuneFlowBot platform.
A lifetime plan does not represent ownership of the software, source code, infrastructure, or a guarantee of unlimited future availability.
If RuneFlowBot is discontinued, shut down, merged, sold, or becomes unavailable for any reason, lifetime access will end at that time.
Lifetime purchases are non-refundable due to platform closure, service discontinuation, business decisions, maintenance costs, third-party dependency issues, or changes to platform availability.
Refund Policy
Subscription refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase for verified technical issues or platform failures.
Refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Business decisions
- Changes in requirements
- Lack of usage
- User mistakes
- Account misuse
- Platform closure or discontinuation
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for illegal activities or fraud
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts or platform data
- Reverse engineering or copying RuneFlowBot technology
- Reselling platform access without permission
- Violating Discord or third-party platform rules
- Attempting to bypass security systems or payment protections
- Using the platform to harass, threaten, or harm others
Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in prohibited activities.
Serious violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
Users may contact support to appeal account actions.
Limitation of Liability
RuneFlowBot provides software and automation technology only.
We are not responsible for how users operate their businesses, interact with customers, use third-party platforms, or provide services through their own communities.
Users are responsible for their own operations and compliance with applicable laws, rules, and third-party service requirements.
RuneFlowBot is not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, platform changes, account restrictions, outages, or external events.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for RuneFlowBot subscriptions.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service availability; however, we do not guarantee 100% uptime.
Maintenance, updates, improvements, security changes, and technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions.
Intellectual Property
All RuneFlowBot software, designs, features, content, and functionality are owned by RuneFlowBot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without written permission.
Third-Party Trademarks
RuneFlowBot is an independent third-party software platform.
Any references to third-party platforms, games, services, products, or trademarks are used only for compatibility, description, or informational purposes.
RuneFlowBot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any third-party company, developer, platform, or trademark owner unless explicitly stated.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Significant updates may be communicated through email, Discord announcements, or platform notifications.
Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
