Can I switch plans after I sign up?

Yes. Upgrade whenever you want. It kicks in immediately and we prorate the cost so you're not paying for time you already used. Downgrades go into effect at the end of your billing cycle.

Do I need payment info to try it?

No. Start the trial without entering any payment details. We'll ask for a crypto payment when the trial ends and you decide to continue.

Are there any limits on how many orders I can process?

No. All of our plans include unlimited order processing. We don't cap your volume or penalize you for growing your store.

Can I get a refund if it's not a fit?

First-time subscribers can request a refund within the window described in our Refund Policy. We're reasonable about it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We exclusively accept cryptocurrency. All payments are processed securely and your subscription can be renewed directly through the dashboard.
